2011 PDX Kayaker Film Fest - Nov 17th

Submitting a film:
- All films due by November 4th.
- All films need to be under 10 minutes,
- All films must be edited and put on to a disc in .mov format (Quicktime)
- All films must have full contact info including name of video, length of video, name of person submitting the film, phone #, and email.
- Grand Prize is $300!
