Quick Start Kayak Fishing: Safety and Rescues
One of the most vital aspects of paddling is the art of self-rescue. This concept is severely undervalued in the sit on top and fishing communities, and is critical to successful paddling. Sit on top kayaks offer superior stability and the capacity for a heavy load of gear. Whether fishing, hunting, camping, or just spending a day on the water, this gear can become hazardous during a capsize.
Rescues for Anglers and Sit on Top Kayakers is designed to give students the knowledge to rescue themselves, their gear, and get back on their boat safely. We teach a variety of techniques, and our low student to teacher ratio allows us to customize the experience dependent on student needs.
