Most items (including closeouts) can be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase for full refund, but some have additional restrictions that should be listed on the product page.

Please let us know before you return something! If we're not expecting it, there's a chance it will be sent to the wrong department.

Holiday Extension- Items purchases between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be returned up through Jan. 15th for full refund or Jan. 30th for credit. So gift away! If it doesn't work out, we can still help.

Item(s) must be unused with original product tags and receipt. You must contact us via email or phone so we know to expect your return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, though we can refund your shipping charges if the return is because of an error on our part. Kayaks and other watercraft are returnable as long as they are absolutely unused. You will be responsible for return freight. Please contact us for kayak return shipping options.

Also, when sending anything back feel free to keep the Next Adventure Sticker (if one came with your order)!

Exceptions:

Footwear worn outside is not returnable.

Climbing gear or any equipment with a manufacturers safety load rating on it is not returnable.

Water bottles, hydration packs, or other liquid containers can not be returned.

DVD's that have been opened can not be returned.

Dog toys that have been eaten by your dog, then "returned" to you, can not then be returned to us. Sorry, we're awfully strict on this one.
