We aim to ship your order within two business days from receiving it, but it will usually leave sooner than that. We can only ship to the US (Alaska, Hawaii, and the lower 48) at this time.

Items are shipped via UPS ground by default. You can choose to have it shipped with a faster method at an additional charge. We will try our best to get expedited shipping requests out of our door quicker, but can not guarantee anything faster than our stated policy of two business days for processing.

We may contact you via email or phone to let you know what the actual timeframe will be if it is more than two business days.

Large or heavy items such as skis, family tents, or camp chairs, may not qualify for our free shipping offer, or may have additional shipping charges. If so, the additional shipping charge will be listed on the product page or in your order invoice during checkout.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

The Free Shipping offer for orders over $50 applies only to UPS Ground shipments being sent to the lower 48 states. This offer excludes APO/PO box addresses and some oversized items (see above).

Shipping to Military/APO/PO boxes

Orders being sent to these addresses are required to go by US Postal Service. Shipping charges are $15 for orders up to $150, and just $10 for orders over $150.

UPS Ground Shipping Time in Transit

This map shows a very approximate "days in transit" to ship from us. These are business days in transit. So after they pick it up from us (one day), it takes the following number of business days to get to your location. So add 1 to their chart below and that should be close. As always, weather conditions can affect times drastically, as can Santa sightings and the ice cream man (ring that bell!).
