Full Review:
I only needed one bag and one Kavu Swag blanket when I went to see Peacock in the Park on Sunday- June 29th. We went early to get a good spot and watch the festivities take place all around us. I was able to enjoy salmon bites and pineapple upside down cake since I had my Mountain Smith Cooler Cube. I was joining friends who were also armed with coolers/chairs/blankets. Since I only had myself to think about, the cooler cube and swag blanket met my needs.

Before this cooler, I wasn't always sure that while outdoors, my drink wouldn't somehow get knocked over and spill out. I do not worry about this anymore since I got the Cooler Cube; it has enough holders for 4 drinks! It held a 2lb bag of ice and it started to melt after 6 hours or so on that cloudy day.

This is a cooler designed for recreational activity and ease of use, and the product definitely lived up to its expectations.

--Review Summary Points--

"The Good" List: Automatic cup holder. It is the perfect size for a day’s worth of food and drink. It has extra mesh storage pockets on both outer sides for easy access to drinks or car keys. It even has a pocket on top where I stored my bus ticket.

"The Not so Good List":  It does not fully seal.  When I took a sharp turn the cooler tipped over in the car and some water leaked out. I wasn't that surprised since it had been holding a 2lb bag of melted ice for hours.

The Bottom Line: The reason I bought this cooler was for the cup holders, and I have enjoyed them immensely. The Cooler Cube is perfect for a day trip whether you’re camping, at a show, or hanging out in your yard, it delivers.
