Kayak Fishing Festival & Demo Day at Scappoose Bay
Come meet the factory ProStaff and demo over 50 models of fishing kayaks from Hobie, Wilderness Systems, Native Watercraft, Bonafide, NuCanoe, Perception, Blue Sky Boatworks, Jackson and more. Also speak with with our staff along with kayak Prostaff about all the best in paddles, PFD's and other accessories to ensure you get properly outfitted. We will also be scheduling installs if you need any extra help.
$20 registration fee includes lunch and access to all demos and specials.

Since their founding in 2007, Heroes on the Water has been organizing no-expense kayak fishing trips for active-duty military and veterans of the U.S. armed forces and their families. This year, they also began serving first-responders and their families through the same proven ecotherapy. Heroes can reflect in solitude or connect in groups as they learn kayaking and kayak fishing basics. Recurring activities give heroes and their families camaraderie and a lifelong social network with like-minded people. Plus, no experience or equipment is needed, and kayak fishing is adaptive to those with disabilities. heroesonthewater.org
