Nordic Pole Size Chart
Experienced skiers may be better suited with the larger pole option if between two sizes, and those new to skiing with the shorter of two pole sizes. Classic style pole size should reach the height of the skier's shoulders. Touring poles should be below the shoulders. Skate style poles should reach to over the skier's shoulders.
