Sleeve Length: Measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm to your wrist while keeping your arm slightly bent.

Waist: Measure your waist at the narrowest point.

Torso: Length measured from neckline.

Sleeve Circumference: Measured around widest portion.

Between Sizes?: Size up for a looser fit, and size down for a tighter fit.
