A third of an ounce. That is the whole pitch, and it is a good one. At 0.38 oz the ULV is about as little cutlery as you can carry and still have cutlery, and titanium means it will not bend, stain, hold flavors, or ever corrode.
The bowl is cut wider than most sporks, which is the difference between eating dinner and fighting it. The matte finish feels better in the mouth than polished metal, and the anodized colors exist for one very practical reason: a bare titanium spork in leaf litter is gone forever.
