PROFILE - 2 BURNER PROPANE CAMP STOVE

The stove you set up once and cook off of all weekend. Two burners at 14,000 BTU each, which is enough to hold a full pot of chili at a simmer on one side while you actually fry eggs on the other, rather than waiting your turn on a single burner.

Both burners light off the built-in piezo igniter, so there is no hunting for a lighter in the dark, and each has its own control knob that will come down to a real simmer instead of the on-or-blowtorch range a lot of camp stoves give you. The side windscreens fold out to keep a flame steady in the gorge wind, and when you are done the whole thing folds down, latches shut and keeps the mess inside the stove rather than in the back of your rig. There is an integrated handle, so it carries like a case.
