The Vert is a warm, waterproof coat for dogs who go out no matter what the sky is doing, which in Portland is most of winter. The shell blocks wind and rain, recycled high-loft insulation adds real warmth for snowy days on Mt. Hood, and an oversized storm collar folds up when the weather turns. A leash portal lets it go over most harnesses, side-release buckles keep it easy, and leg loops hold it in place on gusty days.
