An insole for runners and gym regulars with low arches who want a shoe to feel more supportive without turning stiff. The shell is shaped for a lower arch, a gel cushion in the heel takes the sting out of hard landings on pavement, and a forefoot pad helps with push off. Perforations let heat out on longer runs, and the lightweight build keeps the shoe feeling quick.
