A multisport insole for medium arches, made for running shoes and court shoes that come with a thin, flat liner. The shell supports the arch and guides a natural roll through each stride, a gel pad in the heel softens landings, and a forefoot pad helps with quick push offs. It suits road runs, pickup basketball and rec league games alike, and stays light and breathable.
