The Escaper W 87 Open is a women's touring ski for skinning up and skiing down without hauling extra weight, aimed at skiers building their backcountry skills. Air Tip and carbon stringers keep it light and easy to steer on the climb, and it stays stable and predictable once you click in for the descent. That balance makes it a good partner for a spring corn tour on Mt. Hood's south side or a midwinter lap above Timberline.
