A running insole for low arches and flat feet that keeps a light, close to the ground feel. The dual density build supports the midfoot and guides a natural roll without the bulk of a thick orthotic, while EVA pads at the heel and forefoot absorb impact and help with push off. A non slip mesh top keeps the foot from sliding on wet mornings, and perforations help it breathe on long road runs.
