The Traverse Compactor is Black Diamond's aluminum folding Z-pole for backcountry days when your poles need to disappear onto a pack for a bootpack or couloir. FlickLock Pro connectors adjust length on the go for long traverses and steep skin tracks, and the flat edge on the grip clears snow off your skis. A soft-touch hook flips heel risers, and an integrated PH3 screwdriver in the shaft handles binding tweaks at the trailhead.
