The Canyon Cooler is my new favorite piece of camping gear. This thing is absolutely bombproof. I have been using it for the past 4 months now and am still very impressed. The first thing I like about it is the sleek design. It has straight edges all the way around, so it slides into place quite easily whether storing it in your garage, in your car, or on a frame in your raft. The locking latches are also pretty slick and easy to use. Another plus to the Canyon is how durable this thing is. From what I've seen so far, I project having this cooler for another 20 years with no issue.
Of course, the main thing about this cooler is that it keeps stuff cold for quite a long time. Like really cold! I am not a cooler nerd by any stretch, but I know Canyon has actually beat Yeti in a couple of their Ice Tests. I am opening this cooler constantly while using it and I still have good ice after 3-4 days after I put it in there. It also does a great job with the heavy-duty ice packs like the "arctic ice". The cooler is also "Bear Proof" so that speaks to how tight the seal is on these bad boys. Lastly, the price on these is fantastic! Without a doubt the most value for your money.
