Bishop Part 2 - Next Adventure

Bishop Part 2

This is video number 2 of our trip to Bishop, California. This last edit was just for fun and to get psyched on a return visit sometime hopefully in the near future. Here, we are climbing through out the Sad and Happy Boulders and having fun exploring some local stores. This place is a boulderer's paradise, regardless of how hard you climb. The massive amounts of rock provide plenty of fun for everyone. However, if you're planning a trip in the winter or fall make sure you have sufficient winter clothing/gear. Even when the temperature is in the 80 during the day, it'll significantly drop at night due to the altitude and the nature of the desert environment. I was in Bishop without a down sleeping bag and those were definitely some chilly nights. My brother invested in a Kelty Light Year XP 20 sleeping bag however, and because of this he was quite comfortable. Definitely something to take care of while you're still in town. Here's a link to a bag Next Adventure carries that's a little easier on the wallet and that Nolan get's by comfortably using: http://nextadventure.net/kelty-light-year-xp-20-degree-sleeping-bag-2010.html
