Gear Review: Adventure Research Flick Lite Adjustable Trekking Poles - Next Adventure

Gear Review: Adventure Research Flick Lite Adjustable Trekking Poles

Value Rating: 10 Durability Rating: 9 Overall Rating: 9 Location of Test: Hamilton Mountain Duration of Test: 4 hours Product Name: Flick Lite Adjustable Trekking Poles Product Brand: Adventure Research Best Use: Hiking, backpacking, and snowshoeing Adventure Research Trekking Pole The Full Review: I purchased these poles on Christmas eve. Come Christmas day my better half and I decided as a gift to each other we should go snowshoe Trillium Lake. We wanted a new set of poles, so instead of spending a small fortune on some big brand poles, I went with two sets of Adventure Research Poles. At roughly $30 a pair the idea just made sense. Adventure Research Trekking Pole Adventure Research Trekking Pole Fast forward to June, after putting the poles through their paces I'm very glad to say, these are amazing! Not only have they withstood vigorous treks in the snow but they also performed beautifully on the trails, nothing has broken, the paint is very durable, the poles are extremely strong. Heck, we even let the kids use them and they are still in fantastic shape! Definitely spreading the word to my fellow hiking hooligans about these trekking poles. Adventure Research Trekking Pole The Good Price, price, price... .... the quality, the durability, they look Great! And the function very well. The Bad: Be sure to tighten the included baskets snugly as they do like to fall off. Other than that... these poles are rad. The Bottom Line: Great trekking poles, strong materials, great build quality.. and a price that's hard to beat.
