The Coda has long been a high-level, cross-terrain performer. But the all-new Coda – designed with Pat Moore – breaks the evolutionary sound barrier with its forward-facing approach to all-mountain expectations. Its traditional camber profile is supported by Grip Tech contact points to offer a unique combination of powder and control. Its wider-platform tip and tail are designed to drive clean turns at high speeds through mixed conditions. And it’s Mountain Twin design provides riders with the toolkit needed to get into and out of dicey spots. This is the next-gen Coda – and Pat Moore is putting his name and stamp of approval on it.

• Grip Tech: Added heel and toe contact points under foot improve grip in icy and variable conditions.
• 1cm Taper: A shaping technique that narrows the profile of the snowboard towards the rear contact points allowing the tail of the board to sink in deeper snow creating natural float and cleaner tracking.

CONSTRUCTION

• Real Wood Powerply: Built with natural fiber, wood and bamboo topsheets drive the performance, aesthetic, and ethos that Arbor is known for. Several steps are taken to get a Powerply onto Arbor snowboards responsibly, and in a way that ensures durability and lasting quality.
• Highland II Core: A 10 / 20 blend of Poplar and Paulownia for a lighter, more responsive version of the Highland Core.
• Sintered Base: A higher molecular weight, sintered base that provides added durability and speed.
• Mixed Glassing: A triax over biax lay-up that’s best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more.
• Inserts: 2x4 14 Pack Inserts
• 360° Rails: A 360–degree, fully wrapped sidewall that eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability.
• Recycled Steel Edges: Highly durable, recycled steel edges embody two of Arbor’s key values: quality and sustainability.
• Bio-Resin: A replacement for traditional petroleum-based resin that doesn’t affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into Bio-Resin are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40%.
