X APPROACH LACE SJ BOA SNOWBOARD BOOT - 2025

The X Approach Lace SJ BOA® is a unisex park and freestyle boot inspired by iconic Salomon footwear DNA. Utilizing premium materials and Salomon's Fit To Ride construction, the X Approach offers superior comfort in a lightweight design along with their BOA® activated Str8jkt, eliminating heel-lift for enhanced support.

LACING

• TRADITIONAL LACING: Traditional laces to tighten your boots.
• SINGLE BOA® COILER™: Tried and true. Push the dial to engage, turn to tighten, pull to release. BOA® Coiler™ system quickly takes up lace slack, increasing speed of entry into the boot.
• TX3 BOA® LACE: The TX3 BOA® Lace is a flexible, low-friction textile lace adapted to many fit configurations.
• H4 COILER BOA®: Two separate dials and lace paths work with the boot’s cuff to isolate fit into two distinct zones. The upper zone dials in flex and stability, the lower zone locks the forefoot.
• STR8JKT BOA® PRO: A 3-point harness actuated by BOA® Fit System that locks the heel in place for ultimate support and comfort. Designed with a sliding buckle to provide a precision fit.

LINER

• COMFORT LINER: Does what it says - wraps your foot in a soft welcoming hold that delivers instant and long lasting comfort. Featuring an easy-glide patch and Ultralon multidensity foams.
• CUSTOM FIT™ LINER FOAM: Heat moldable multidensity foams strategically placed in the sensitive areas of the foot, shin, ankle and heel.
• ORTHOLITE® C2 FOOTBED: A dual density insole that molds to your foot for all day comfort.
• FTR / 1:1 MUTATION CONSTRUCTION: FTR construction is 10% lighter and 10% more compact without sacrificing comfort or durability. With 1:1 lasting every half size change in liner gets a half size change in shell.

OUTSOLE

• FEATHER OUTSOLE: Inspired by the iconic XT-6, the Feather outsole uses a combination of EVA and Contagrip® rubber for reduced weight while delivering traction, comfort, and shock absorption.
• CONTAGRIP® RUBBER OUTSOLE: Contagrip® is a Salomon patented rubber compound designed to maintain adhesion in grip underfoot in all conditions.
