Most items (including discounted merchandise) can be returned in new condition with original tags, packaging, and receipt within 30 days of purchase for full refund, but some have additional restrictions that should be listed on the product page. Used items can be returned within 10 days with receipt and tags for store credit only. For any concerns about your used gear purchase online, please contact us within 10 days of delivery of the product.
Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased between December 1st - 25th can be returned in new condition with receipt through January 31st.
All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used, or damaged due to improper packaging. Please do not apply postage directly to shoe boxes when returning footwear. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, though we can provide a return shipping label if the return is because of an error on our part. To do so please contact us at email@example.com before shipping the package. Kayaks and other watercraft are returnable as long as they are absolutely unused. You will be responsible for return freight. Please contact us for kayak return shipping options.

- Climbing gear with a manufacturer safety load rating on it is not returnable. This includes, but is not limited to: ropes, harnesses, protection, belay & ascenders, carabiners & quickdraws. Climbing shoes & chalk bags are returnable.
- Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns
- Footwear must include its original box. Please do not apply postage directly to shoe boxes when returning footwear.
We don't accept returns on new merchandise that has been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements processed through the manufacturer.
The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to return your original item and place a new order through our website. This will avoid the risk of the item selling out and will speed up your exchange. You will receive a full refund for your item once we receive the return.
