The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to place a new order through our website, and return your original item within 120 days of pickup or delivery. This will avoid the risk of the item selling out and will speed up the process of getting you the items you need. You will receive a full refund for your item once we receive the return. No return authorization is required. Return shipping information is located at the bottom of the packing sheet included with your order. In-Store Purchase Returns
With a receipt, most items in new condition (including discounted merchandise) can be returned in-store for a full refund within 120 days of purchase. Items must be in original retail packaging and have all manufacturer tags, manuals, documentation, parts and accessories. Some items have additional restrictions that should be listed on its product page, or fall within the Final Sale category section below. Used items with receipt and tags can be returned within 10 days for store credit only.
Simply put, please return items in packaging comparable to which they were sent. If you're in the Portland metro area, you may also return your website purchase at any of our retail locations.
All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any included parts/accessories. Please ensure returns are carefully repackaged similar to how they were received. Please use a suitable shipping box or weather resistant mailer pouch. Returns will be refused, or restocking fees assessed at our discretion, if items arrive used, or if items or product packaging is damaged due to improper packaging.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all standard returns. We recommend obtaining sufficient insurance and delivery tracking for the items.

Kayaks and other watercraft are returnable as long as they are absolutely unused. Customers are responsible for return freight fees. Please contact us for watercraft return shipping options.
Final Sale/ Non-Returnable
- Climbing gear with a manufacturer safety load rating. This includes, but is not limited to: ropes, harnesses, protection, belay & ascenders, carabiners & quickdraws. Climbing shoes & chalk bags are returnable.
- Underwear/personal care items cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
- Footwear must include its original box.
- Customized items - This includes, but not limited to: skis and snowboards with mounted bindings, cut-to-length paddles (Nordic skis with factory mounted bindings/plates are returnable)

Please include high-resolution photos that identify the item, and any that help illustrate the problem. Manufacturer warranty programs vary widely, but we will do our best to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
